Shipping & No Returns Policy 
ENSURING SAFE DELIVERY OF YOUR TAONGA

Thank you for visiting and supporting Aotearoa Stone Carving Studio. The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping & No Returns Policy:

Shipping within New Zealand;

- Generally orders are shipped with an "over night/next day" delivery, however please allow up to 2 - 4 business days for your order to arrive, more during peak times of year such as Christmas, public holiday periods, events such as weather or the effects of  Covid19. 

- Rural and some residential areas may take additional delivery time.

- Orders are shipped by NZ CourierPost.

- Shipping prices are based on 0.5kg weight per parcel maximum.

- Orders are processed within 2 working days of receiving an order before being shipped.  If there are significant delays we will contact you to keep you updated.

International Shipping;

- We currently ship to most countries in the world, however if your country is not stated please feel free to contact us.

- Please allow between 10 - 20 business days for your order to arrive.

- Delivery times stated are approximate only and are subject to regional or seasonal delays such as Christmas, public holiday periods, custom clearance, security checks and events such as weather or the effects of Covid 19. 

- The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty, VAT, GST at the time of entry into the country of destination. For more information about import taxes/duties & VAT or GST please contact your local customs office.

- Shipping prices are based on 0.5kg weight per parcel maximum.

No Returns Policy;

- Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected prior to shipping to ensure the highest quality.

- Please note that we do not accept returns or take liability for any damaged or broken pounamu products after delivery.  Our products are fragile and require careful handling.  We recommend taking great care with your pounamu items to avoid damage.
